Gotta love the South

GOTTA LOVE THE SOUTH.

One day last week
I went around town half the day
with a sticky-back star stuck on my forehead –
placed there by little hands early
and forgotten about
before leaving the house.

And nobody said a word to me about it. 🙂

This, too, has happened to me…..in the South. Quite a few years ago. After I discovered it myself, they all said, “Yeah, we saw that, but didn’t want to say anything.”

Still, I do love an awful lot about the South.
